Are Social Services involved with your children?

We help parents and other family members (step-parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts and others) in a whole variety of cases.  These include attending case conferences, representing you in Court cases, negotiating with Social Workers etc.  We have broad experience gained from representing many different people in cases of this nature, including children and young people themselves, parents and Public Authorities.

Children and Young People

As a young person under 18, there may be a court case about you, for example, whether you are taken into Social Services care or whether you have to see a particular member of your family.  We can give you legal advice and representation about these matters.
