Residence Orders is an order to confirm living arrangements of children.
Contact, we can advise on mediation and refer when necessary. Where appropriate we can assist in making an application for contact and assist where a client is responding to an application for contact.
Parental Responsibility, we can assist in negotiating a P.R agreement with the other party and where necessary apply to the Court for a Parental Responsibility Order.
Specific Issues / Prohibited Steps Order, where necessary we can advise on and apply for an Order relating to a specific issue relating to the children e.g. name change and / or e.g. an Order preventing a parent from taking a child abroad on holiday without other parents consent.
